SHIVAY PRINTERS
SHIVAY PRINTERS is the advertiser. It is the business being promoted, and the publisher of the promoted product, All Video Downloader & Home.
That does not change when an agency is engaged. Engaging a service provider to run campaigns is a service relationship. It does not make that provider the advertiser, and it does not transfer the application, the business or its identity to anyone.

Where authorised by SHIVAY PRINTERS, Aquarius Infotech may provide:
- Google Ads campaign management;
- manager-account access to campaigns run for SHIVAY PRINTERS;
- campaign optimisation;
- measurement, analytics and reporting;
- technical integration work;
- billing coordination, where an approved arrangement applies.
That access is a permission granted for a purpose, reviewed when scope changes, and removable at the direction of SHIVAY PRINTERS. Agency access does not represent ownership. It does not transfer SHIVAY PRINTERS, its application, its trademarks or its advertiser identity to Aquarius Infotech.

Advertising billing arrangement
For the current SHIVAY PRINTERS Google Ads engagement, SHIVAY PRINTERS remains the advertiser, while advertising media charges are funded through an approved monthly invoicing arrangement associated with Gopal Mansukhbhai Savaliya.

Advertiser and payer are different roles
SHIVAY PRINTERS remains the advertiser and the business responsible for the promoted application. Gopal Mansukhbhai Savaliya is currently identified as the payer and funding party for the Google Ads media charges under the applicable monthly invoicing arrangement. The payer relationship does not transfer ownership of SHIVAY PRINTERS, its application, website, trademarks or advertiser identity. A billing relationship does not change the identity of the business being advertised.
Aquarius Infotech acts as the independent advertising management agency. Agency access and billing responsibility are separate from advertiser ownership.

How the agency and the billing identity relate
Aquarius Infotech is the advertising agency engaged for this work, and its applicable legal billing identity may appear as Gopal Mansukhbhai Savaliya in Google Ads billing records. That is a billing identity, nothing more: it does not make Gopal Mansukhbhai Savaliya the advertiser, and it does not make Aquarius Infotech the owner of SHIVAY PRINTERS or of its application.
Billing arrangements may be updated in the future where commercially agreed and permitted by the applicable advertising platform. This page describes the current SHIVAY PRINTERS advertising relationship.
Verification
Advertiser verification
SHIVAY PRINTERS is the verified advertiser for the promoted application. The fact that another party funds the advertising media does not change the advertiser identity.
Where advertiser verification is required, SHIVAY PRINTERS provides truthful business information and documentation corresponding to the advertiser being promoted. An authorised agency may assist administratively but does not replace or misrepresent the advertiser identity.
Verification outcomes are determined by the platform. Neither SHIVAY PRINTERS nor any service provider it engages controls that decision, and none is represented as being able to.
Confidentiality
What is not published here
Advertising account identifiers and confidential account or billing information are not published on this website. That includes advertising platform account identifiers, manager-account identifiers, billing and payment profile identifiers, invoices and account screenshots.
Withholding them is ordinary commercial confidentiality, and it is also why nothing on this page can be used to identify or access an advertising account. Where a platform, an auditor or a counterparty is entitled to that information, it is provided to them directly through the appropriate channel.
