Anything bought through Google Play
Where a payment is ever made through Google Play — for an app, a subscription or an in-app item — the transaction is processed by Google, not by us, and refunds are handled under Google's own refund process rather than this policy.
Google explains how to request a refund, and the time limits that apply, in its own help documentation: Google Play refunds. Requests made there are decided by Google.
If a charge appears on your Google Play account that you believe relates to our application and you cannot resolve it through Google, write to admin@shivayprinters.shop with the date, the amount and the order number, and we will help where we can.
Returns
The application is software delivered through Google Play. There is nothing physical to return, and no return address applies.
If this changes
If SHIVAY PRINTERS ever introduces a paid product, a subscription or an in-app purchase, this policy will be rewritten to set out the terms before that happens, rather than after. We would rather this page say “we sell nothing” accurately than describe refund terms for something that does not exist.
