Who and what this policy covers
This policy explains how SHIVAY PRINTERS handles information in connection with this website, shivayprinters.shop, and the Android application it publishes, All Video Downloader & Home.
SHIVAY PRINTERS is the business responsible for the application and for this website. Where this policy says “we” or “us”, it means SHIVAY PRINTERS.
What the app declares on Google Play
Google Play requires every developer to publish a Data Safety declaration describing the data an app collects and shares. The declaration for All Video Downloader & Home states that the app:
- collects no user data;
- shares no user data with third parties;
- encrypts data in transit.
That declaration is the authoritative statement of the app's data practices, and this policy is written to be consistent with it. The current version is always visible in the Data safety section of the app's Google Play listing. If the app's data practices change, the declaration and this policy will be updated together.
Information handled by the application
Consistent with the declaration above, the app does not collect your personal data and does not send it to us.
Content you download
Files you download through the app are written to storage on your own device. They are not uploaded to SHIVAY PRINTERS and are not transmitted to us. Managing, moving or deleting those files is done on your device, in the app or through your device's file manager.
Permissions
The app requests the device permissions it needs to function, such as access to the internet and to storage for saving downloaded files. The permissions that apply to the version you have installed are listed on the app's Google Play listing and in your device's application settings, where they can also be reviewed and changed.
Advertising in the app
The app's Google Play listing states that the app contains ads. Where advertising is delivered by a third-party service, that service operates under its own terms and privacy policy. The app's Data Safety declaration, as published by the developer, states that no user data is collected or shared. Should that position change, both the declaration and this policy will be updated to reflect it before the change takes effect.
Information you send us directly
When you email admin@shivayprinters.shop or telephone us, we receive what you choose to send: your email address or telephone number, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, including any device or app details you include to help us reproduce a problem.
We use that information for one purpose — to answer you and to resolve the issue you raised. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents by email. We will never ask you for them.
Information from visiting this website
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies, embeds no analytics script, and asks you for nothing: there is no form, no login and no account.
Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider whose servers keep standard technical logs — typically the requesting IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser's user-agent string. How long information is kept
Support correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for answering you and for keeping a record of what was asked and resolved, and then deleted. Hosting logs are retained for the period set by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
Because the app collects no user data, there is no app-side dataset to retain or delete.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. The app's Data Safety declaration states that data is encrypted in transit. Support correspondence is held in ordinary business email systems, protected by access controls.

Children

Your choices and how to reach us
You can ask us what support correspondence we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@shivayprinters.shop and describe what you would like. We may need to ask a question or two to be sure we are acting on the right person's request.
You can also uninstall the application at any time, and remove or revoke its permissions from your device settings. Files you have already downloaded stay on your device until you delete them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date. Where a change affects the app's data practices, the Google Play Data Safety declaration is updated at the same time so that the two do not contradict each other.
